Spending safety for Marketplace, Minecoins, and Realms Plus

Use this page to see what minecraftbedrock.pro will never do, how Marketplace differs from imported packs, and which official desk handles a charge, without a refund guarantee from us.

About this site

minecraftbedrock.pro is a Minecraft: Bedrock Edition site for Marketplace, Add-Ons, and Realms Plus. This site does not sell the game; use the guides here for packs, Pass, Plus, and spending safety.

We publish decision guides for Bedrock owners. Realms, Minecoins, Tokens, Marketplace Pass, and Realms Plus are handled in the game and on platform stores. Support tickets go to Minecraft Support.

What this site does

  • Explain Marketplace, Pass, Plus, Add-Ons, and compatibility using official pages
  • Point to Minecraft.net, Help, Xbox billing, Family Safety, and platform parent guides
  • Label Reddit, forums, and Mojira tickets as player signals, not facts
  • State the check date when a list price or footnote is quoted (currently 28 August 2026)

What this site does NOT do

  • Take payment for Minecraft, Minecoins, Tokens, gifts, Pass, or Realms
  • Ship cracked copies or unofficial patched APKs
  • Playtest or rank Marketplace packs, or promise a pack is "worth it"
  • Guarantee refunds, restore Realm backups, or impersonate Mojang Support

Marketplace vs imported packs

Marketplace content is sold or loaned through Minecraft's in-game store under Microsoft/Mojang rules. That is the path this site describes for owners who want catalog or Minecoin purchases. Catalog access (Marketplace Pass / Realms Plus) is not the same as a Coin purchase. Official Pass FAQ: Character Creator pieces you claimed stay; worlds, textures, skins, and mash-ups generally need a purchase after they leave the catalog if you want to keep using them while playing. Add-Ons: the May 2024 Marketplace article says reactivate membership or buy the Add-On if catalog access or membership ends. Leftover files on disk are not a license.

Imported .mcaddon / .mcpack files from websites, Discord, or friends are a different license and a different risk. They are not Pass catalog items. Consoles generally cannot import them the way Windows and mobile sometimes can. A Mojang article about achievements and Add-Ons refers to Marketplace Add-Ons, not sideloads. Cheats and some experiments can still disable achievements even on Marketplace packs.

This site does not playtest named worlds. If a third-party file is flagged by antivirus, treat that as a warning about that file, not about a Microsoft Store install. Player tickets on Mojira about Realm joins with several Add-Ons after an update are signals, not a Mojang statement that Add-Ons "don't work on Realms."

  • I can name the type from the official listing (template, Add-On, texture, skin, mash-up), not from a YouTube title.
  • I know whether this is a purchase, a Pass/Plus catalog item, or a featured-server extra.
  • If it is a sideload, I accept that consoles often cannot import it and that achievement rules for Marketplace Add-Ons do not automatically apply.
  • I have a world export or Realm download before I activate anything on the only copy I care about (backup steps).

How to verify an official store

Start from minecraft.net/en-us/download or the platform store that page names. The publisher on a legitimate listing is Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft.net redeem is the code path; this site has no redeem form.

Walk away from: "free Minecraft" file lockers, patched APKs, Discord "gift" checkouts, pages that ask for a Microsoft password outside login.live.com / the game, and any cart on minecraftbedrock.pro. Our download page reuses a store-like layout so you can recognize official UI; the buttons still leave this domain. There is no payment processor here.

Bedrock Dedicated Server files belong only on Minecraft.net's server download. A dedicated server is not Realms Plus and does not include the Pass catalog. We do not collect EULA acceptance for Microsoft.

Refund routing (no guarantee)

The Marketplace FAQ states Minecraft Coin purchases are final. For unauthorized or mistaken Coin buys it points you to the store on that device. Whether that store refunds you is their policy, not ours. This site cannot reverse a charge, restore a Realm slot, or speak for Microsoft.

Work the table below in order: identify who billed you, then open that desk. Microsoft-billed digital goods may use the Xbox refund request flow; eligibility is not automatic. Account and game problems that are not a receipt start at aka.ms/Minecraft-Support.

Do not send passwords or card numbers to this website. We have no form that asks for them.

Minecraft Java and Bedrock Edition bundle screenshot
What you paid for Who usually billed it Where this site points you What we will not claim
Minecoins / Marketplace item (most platforms) Microsoft, Apple, Google, Amazon, or Nintendo, depending on the device Marketplace FAQ: Coins final; wrong-item path is that device store That you will get money back
PlayStation Marketplace spend PlayStation Store (Tokens) Sony parents guide: Tokens, not Minecoins; PlayStation support That Coins convert to Tokens
Game SKU, Game Pass, Microsoft-billed Realms/Pass Microsoft / Xbox Xbox refund-orders page if the purchase is Microsoft-billed That every digital good is eligible
Realm world "lost" after a slot replace N/A (not a store SKU) Official change-world: download first; backups not indefinite; then Minecraft Support That this site can restore the world

Family spend limits

Set Microsoft Family spending limits before Minecoins or subscriptions sit on a child account. Microsoft documents this in Family Safety spending limits. Limits that go on after the wallet is already funded do not rewind what was spent.

Console stores add their own PIN and monthly caps. Those controls do not move with a USB world export. They also do not replace the Microsoft account Bedrock uses for Marketplace and Realms. PlayStation family spend is a PlayStation control on Tokens, not a Minecoin setting.

Order of operations that matches how the stores actually bill:

  1. Create or confirm the child Microsoft account under Family Safety.
  2. Set spend limits and, on consoles, the store PIN, before anyone opens Marketplace.
  3. Decide Pass vs Plus vs a single pack using the before-you-buy checklist; do not stack Pass on Plus.
  4. If a charge looks wrong, use the refund table above. Do not buy a second copy of the same catalog item hoping it "unsticks" a download.

Download policy

Use official publisher routes for Bedrock Edition on the Download page. Confirm the publisher is Mojang Studios or Microsoft before you install.

Reject "free Minecraft" lockers, patched APKs, and gift-card checkout pages that are not the platform store. This site's old-looking product layout is a guide, not a cart - there is no checkout here.

What this website serves

This site serves static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It does not push game files, miners, or bundled toolbars.

Legitimate Bedrock installs come from platform stores. Antivirus flags on a random "Minecraft.exe" from a forum are a reason to delete that file, not to distrust the Microsoft Store copy you already own.

Account safety

We will never ask for your Microsoft password, recovery codes, or payment details. Bedrock sign-in happens inside the official game or Microsoft pages.

Two-factor authentication Turn it on for the Microsoft account that owns Marketplace and Realms.
No credentials on this domain If a page here asks for a password, leave - it is not a legitimate minecraftbedrock.pro flow.
Friend requests Accept people you know. Marketplace spend and Realms invites are easier to abuse than a local world.
Family Safety first Spend limits belong in Microsoft Family or the console store, before currency sits in the wallet.

User responsibility

You are responsible for how you buy and use Bedrock, Marketplace content, and subscriptions. Store prices, catalogs, and refund rules change. When a live official page disagrees with this site, trust the official page.

Mojira, Reddit, and Discord threads can show that a problem exists for some players. They are not patch notes and not a promise that your device will hit the same bug.

Not open source

Minecraft: Bedrock Edition is proprietary software owned by Microsoft. This site does not distribute source, reverse-engineered builds, or cracked servers.
